You will and detailed instructions and tips that will allow you to make the most out of the app. We hope that this guide will provide all required information for you to become proficient with Keoni.ai and integrate this into your daily workflow. Getting Started

Launching the App

You can visit Keoni.ai at https://app.keoni.ai/.

Registration

First time users will click on the Sign up now button at the bottom of the page.

Enter your username, email and password (Tip: Choose a strong password of at least 6 characters). You will see a successful sign up message.

You will receive an email from us to verify your email (Tip: Check your junk/ spam if you do not see the email in your inbox). Click on Confirm Email Address to start your onboarding.

Onboarding

You will be redirected to the onboarding page upon verifying your email address. Here, you will help us to understand you better in four simple steps:

About You

Enter detailed information about your role and your company.

Inspirations

Configure your inspirations by choosing keywords and competitors to follow. Keoni.ai will do the research for you and set up your inspiration dashboard.

Brand Voice

Help Keoni.ai create on-brand content for you by setting up your brand voice. There are three ways to do so:

• Unsure what your brand voice is? You can provide your company website(s) and/or business references for us to craft the perfect brand voice for you. Give it a nice name and choose an avatar to identify this brand voice later

• Or are you very clear of how your brand voice is defined? Describe your brand voice to us! Likewise, give it a nice name and choose an avatar to identify this brand voice later

• No time to think? Quick start with one of our templates!

Knowledge Base

Help Keoni.ai learn about your business to create specific relevant content for you by providing us with the following information:

• Description of your business

• Description of your product or service

• Your target audience

You can also store documents on Keoni to allow us to write content with reference to a specific folder. Click on Create new folder to create a folder to upload documents to.

Tip: You should use a clear naming convention such that you can understand at a glance what each folder contains. It is recommended that you categorize your documents into functions or projects. In the example below, I have separated documents related to “new launch”, “promotion” and “products” into three separate folders so that I can create content that takes reference from any one of these folders.

Main Features

Create Content

You can start creating content by clicking on the Create Content button at the side navigation bar or Create Now from the Home page.

Create personalized blog post in 4 simple steps:

Topic: Tell us what you want to write about, or you can try this feature out by clicking on one of the prompts provided

Title: Fill in the primary keyword(s), target audience and length. For more contextualized content, you can even choose a relevant knowledge base folder, brand voice, or any article reference. Click on Generate Titles 🪄 to generate a set of blog post titles that will be populated on the right side of the screen. Pick a title by clicking on it. Click on Next: Generate Sub-headers to move on to the next section. (Tip: Want to make minor changes to a generated title? You can edit any chosen title directly!)

Outline: A blog post outline will be generated for you. Drag and drop to rearrange the section sub-headers. You can add your own sub-header or even edit an existing one directly!

Blog Post: In this final step, your blog post will be generated. You can make your edits on the blog post directly. When ready, hit Save Article so that you can view it under Manage Documents in the future. You can also export the blog post in PDF, Word document, text file or HTML by clicking on Export.

Ideate

You can start getting inspirations by clicking on the Get Inspired button at the side navigation bar or Ideate from the Home page.

In this feature, you can get inspiration from any topics or competitors that you follow.

On the Topics Following tab, you can type a topic, keyword or search query and click on + Add to follow it.

You will be able to add up to three keywords. If any blog post interests you, you can click on Write Similar to create a content with the select blog post as reference

Similarly, you can follow a competitor’s website by typing their URL and clicking on + Add to follow it on the Competitors Following tab

Just like Topic Following, you can follow three competitors and write similar content from any blog post that interests you

Subscription

By clicking on the Subscription button on the side navigation bar, you can see the plans available on Keoni.ai. Each tier comes with varying caps on the number of articles per week, number of brand voices, and size of the knowledge base. Priority support is also given to Creator and Enterprise accounts.
